Community guidelines

AgePulse Communities is for discussing habits and routines — what you tried, what stuck, what didn't.

What belongs here

• Behaviour and routine: sleep, sun protection, diet, stress, consistency.
• Questions about holding a habit, and what worked for you.

What doesn't

• No scores, Face Ages or face photos. AgePulse compares you to your own past, never to other people, and the community follows the same rule.
• No medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
• No selling, promotion or affiliate links.
• No harassment, hate, or content targeting an individual.

How moderation works

• Every post and reply is screened automatically before it appears.
• Anyone can report content; two reports hide a post pending review.
• Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
• Repeated removals pause posting pending review.
• You can block another member at any time.
